Intuition

Intuition... a painting about that intuitive voice that we all have, born within the "gut". The mind then begins to process the "message" as it has been born, not of this world.

The Hidden Motive

The Hidden Motive.. a 24x30 oil on linen. I have to wonder sometimes, if my motives are born in my heart or my head... My goal would be to heart driven at all times, but I am sure I can fall prey to "hidden motives".

The Messenger

18x24 oil on linen. I have had an incredible interest in ravens lately. They are shape shifters, messengers of light according to the Native American traditions. I like it. Thought I would do a painting about the topic... I wish the digital cameras would do a better job when photographing an original painting, as the colors in this are so much nicer than you can see. Her dress is actually a very drab green, however, it looks gray in the photo... aw well.. Hope you enjoy having a look!

Visions

Visions... inspired from a vintage lithograph. 18x24 oil on canvas gallery wrap. A somewhat spiritual painting, and fairly self explanatory. Hmmm, I have nothing else to say! haha...

Out of the Darkness Into the Light

Out of the Darkness, Into the Light... 18x24 oil on linen. This is a self portrait... I have been discovering new wisdom, new spirituality, new me, new goals... just discovering everything new. And it is so exciting... Hope you enjoy the painting!

I AM

I AM... this painting is my definition of God. God is all and is therefore in all.... everything is connected, eternally. That's it.

The Transformation. I have been giving a lot of thought lately to what happens after death. I guess I am struggling to define "afterlife". So, as usual, I decided to do a painting about life after death. I call this the Transformation, because I wanted to show that at the moment of bodily death, the soul remains alive, and returns to the source of creation.
